I haven't really decided on her lore, but i want her to be kinda like a cult leader, she's close with Mori, she sees him as a younger (stupid) brother, She's kinda like Rosie from Hazbin Hotel (Thats actually her voice claim)
She's kinda like Dazai too, being able to change her expressions on a whim.

EHEHHEEHHEE THANK YOU, but her name Chihiro is from the book that shes inspired from, basically she was raised in a cult after she was cured from her eczema by the cult leader, so in typical bsd fashion i wanted to turn it on its head, and make her a cult leader with a healing ability instead.
