In all honesty, the various shades of blue make for an okay abstract painting. It seems likely that the users who liked this probably don't speak english fluently, or don't understand the culture of 'don't like vents'.
My advice is to just ignore it. There's a good chance they made an honest mistake, and simply don't know any better.
