This is Lilly. Here are her abilities.

First aid: Creates a bubble, both healing anyone inside and keeping SCRAPS out. It lasts for 15 seconds.
Echo Location (I wasn't sure what to call it): Using her hearing aids, she can pinpoint where a SCRAP is. It doesn't actively track the SCRAP, but the beeps will get faster when the SCRAP is near.
Puppy Eyes: Stuns SCRAP. It can only be used once in the round.
