This is a Template for everyone to use!
Passive -> "Perfectionist": Different Paint deals different damage and edits T.A's stats. Dealing DMG gains you different kinds of paint. AIM FOR BLACK PAINT.
Usual Ability -> "CONSUME": Self Explanatory, T.A. consumes paint to debuff nearby survivors. Ability works in tandem with "Perfectionist".
Ultimate Ability -> "BLOT-OUT": If consumed enough Black Paint, T.A. goes on a rampage with hyper-buffed STG. and SPD. stats.
