My memory has been so bad lately
It's a mix of my ADHD and aphantasia (the inability to visualize stuff) and it sucks as if I'm not experiencing the memory at that time, it's as if it never happened no left-over adrenaline no buzz of excitement just nothing
I wish I could relive the good memories, but I can't and I've almost developed this habit of whenever something bad happens I remind myself that I'll completely forget that feeling within 20 minutes
The only thing that helps me remember and semi relive and feel stuff is sugar, but I tell my friends I have a sweet tooth as to not worry them
But I'll get better I'm seeing a psychiatrist and I'll probably talk to my friends too
