Anyways anybody got tips 4 rendering the hair (or better yet understand it ) Any books that I can read (i watched every video imaginable and i still cant grasp it)

maybe not books but i'd recommend just staring at your hair (or others like online) in different angles to see how light and shadows reflect off of it and this is a personal tip i've learned, dont draw strands itself as different lines (does that make any sense) like just draw the outside, add MINOR details for strands and then shade/render :thumbsup: yay art tips!

try to divide it into chunks and render them like you want it doesn't have to look realtistic just depends on how you want it mby search some people online that render their hair like you want it and just practice doing it like them and add few of your own touches idk if that helps
