I haven't come out to my parents about bein' trans and all and I don't think I will for a while-
But! I told my parents that I kinda wanna cut my hair and showed them a picture, it's kinda like a mullet or a jellyfish haircut with layers and stuff and my dad was like- "Ya gotta talk to your mom abt that" He didn't really mind- BUT WHEN I TOLD MY MOM- I showed her the picture and she kinda made a funny face at me, like she didn't want me to get it- and then she was like-

That WAS true, way way before I found out I was trans, PLUS not only that but..Half my hair is dead- And I gotta just have someone cut it, also it ain't like I havn't had super short hair, like bro- My parents gave me one of those anime hairstyles or just think of Venti fron Genshin, they gave me that typa hairstyle without even askin' what typa hairstyle I wanted- BUT ANYWAYS

I wish you luck when you do come out to them! My parents also accept but my dad is a bit difficult to understand when it comes to trans people sometimes-
