!!TW FOR EATING DISORDERS/MENTAL HEALTH STUFF!!
2yrs ago this month i was hospitalised(general not mental) for ARFID(due to stomach issues) for a month. i was so underweight and malnourished i could barely walk or function. i was put on a meal plan, supplements, vitamins and bedrest to regain a healthy weight. it was a traumatic experience for me as the hospital was noisy, things changed very often, i was patronized and bodyshamed by staff and it just generally sucked.

even though my experience sucked it did help me omw to recovery. after that i went home and continued my meal plan/supplements and went looking for a ********* to deal with anxiety/depression that they noticed in admission.
a LOT mentally has happened since then but on the ARFID and physical side of things im still trying to enjoy meals, weary of stomach issues and im at a healthy weight but regaining my strength
overall i am proud of myself
feel free to ask questions abt my experience or vent
