I literally didnt sleep last night like i was up all night bru i had like a panic attack cuz i was afraid of a cockroach or waterbug coming in my room and crawling on my walls and little did i fcking know my cat broughr a cockroach in my room i klled it but i was still paranoid so i stayed up the entire night AND the fcking thunder was so loud it scared the shìt out of me i wanna die bru

at the time i hadnt been eating much tho because of stress. i would forget and get terrible headaches and food would make me throw up.

also uh kind of i still have alot of mental problems and as yk me an my mom got beat up rlly bad recently by my dad lol. he hasnt done it ina while tho. and his gaming room is right next to my bedroom so him screaming at his game would wake me up and i would be rlly sleep deprived and starved.
