the meaning is dependent on the person asks. in my opinion it means to make America how the founding fathers wanted it to be, and to eliminate the roots of communism taking place, in order to better our surrounding territories.
is there any further explaination you need? unlike the left, many people in the right tend to dissagree (yet still get along), so what you may have heard or it will differ :3
