whats rolling panic attacks/gen/nf

most people have panic attacks where they last 10-15 minutes where mine can last hours @ClaggorsWaifuMollie

i have no diagnosiseisissshshihd,ncis because i have not been to a doctor in like a good 7 years :thinking:

i got diagnosed last year and,i needed to go to a mental hospital @LeopaldButtersScotch

i have asked to like go to therapy before and my dad offered me we ed instead

i have never seen a medical professional but i suspect i have some of these hmmm :thinking:

true i said no bcs ia was a 8th grader an d really like my lungs anddidnt want to have another negative coping mechanism
