I mean it this time to, its for my phsyical health
I have had an eye disease called Myopia for a long time. Everything i do close up is worsening my eye health, and technology speeds on my disease. I have an appointment at my opticians soon and i always cry at them because i am actually addicted to technology. Im on and ADHD and autism waiting list, and tech can calm me down and make me not fidget, do i consistently draw and go online.

Tech gives me a dopamine rush, and as someone who definitely has a depression problem, of course im going to want to be happy, and close up things fufil my desire for joy, yet their making me go blind.
Im going to be honest here, and this is a trigger warning btw.
I will probaly end it all if my eyesight gets too bad for me to handle. I refuse to live without sight, my entire life is dedicated to art, and i need to see to do art.
