Hi sorry i wasnt on all day i spent the day with my bf
We went to panera and a boba place (broke my starvation streak :joy: ) and then went back to his place and we cuddled and watched tv ok i wasnt having a very good day cuz i had a lot of passive suìcìdal ideation and the urge to puke and cut but ye
But when i got home i cut so woops :joy:
im gonna start a thing where i dont eat all day until dinner but i eat minimal dinner hi ok im normal and stable
