Hey, you okay? Though I don't know you, if ya need to talk, I'm free to listen. I'm sure that if you tell your bf he'll understand and try to help, I hope things get better for you though. Staying positive is a hard thing to do, but everything should get better in the future. I do wish the best for you

i suggest you find help like a ther4pist or somebody that can mentally help you,, pills will NOT help (unless you have SSRIs SNRIs, atypical antidepressants.) sh will not help anything neither (as a person that used to do sh) itll make things even WORSE yes ik people cope with it but it is not okay to do. it is destroying your brain and your mental health.
