ok so this may sound rlly weird nd dramatic but tmrw my class is going swimming and im not going bc im just rlly uncomfortable w water but my teacher is making me sit at then back of A RANDOM class BY MYSELF and do work and idk wat class. and i asked if my mum could just pick me up early and she got rlly mad nd im like rlly stressed

okay so you can get swimsuits with bra pads in them, ones that have sleeves and shorts on them to cover ur armpits and thighs btw :3
just try to focus on the positives, maybe youll make new friends and enjoy urself!!! just think like this
water=fun
new people=possible friends!

you can also get tuck in ones but those are usually for transitioned adults i think

shes in the class just below mine nd she might say smth if im in her class...

i just went in a normal swimsuit and shaved but thats just me bc my body hairs are noticable becuase im deep brunette

my other advice is to try not make eye contact with her if ur not comfortable around her and ignore her if she makes any comments :)

if u can and social anxiety doesnt get in the way, making friends or being friendly in general might boost ur confidence :D

also try to look confident (ie dont constantly look down bc people will pick up on that) and if you look confident and relaxed, then you might start to feel confident after a while? :)
