with @-zyik- having gotten @-_-_-_moony_-_-_- banned by sending multiple pieces of evident harassment, finding Moony has 7 (unconfirmed) alts and that we 'can't get rid of them.' Yet when Zyik suspends Moony, he lets Beerus repeatedly engage in harassment of @Kersephomy via stealing his OC and making some rather innapropriate drawings with his OC.

For years now according to multiple accounts the Colors Moderation has faltered in reliability. And this app has, for years, been ignoring vents of the suıcıdal longing for assistance. If this app keeps breaking its own TOS/Guidelines I fear it may get removed and/or sued for crimes, whether once or more were committed.

We have had to break guidelines to make massive movements to fix something, whether the StitchFan incident, or the Moony incident. And despite the many death threats and harassment, you choose to only suspend Moony instead of full on banning them. This does not help your reputation.

I have not checked if it breaks Nintendo TOS, but I am sure that your faltering reliability on moderation breaks the Nintendo TOS. This app, with thousands of people on it, put up with people that need to be banned, yet in hour hour of need you turn your heel and walk the other way.

And I end with this:
Fix your ******* moderation.

I hate to say it but the mods have lives sure im also pretty mad about how long it takes but give them a break they're PEOPLE they have LIVES...

leaving it on was awful but the mods cant be there all the time they have an actual life to live their whole life isnt "moderate colors moderate colors!!" they could have serious things to do outside of moderation like family emergencies, actual jobs, as much as the mods are to blame instead of being like "ZYIK DO BETTER NOW I HATE YOU FIX MODERATION FIX IT" try contacting them regarding the issue and wait, having everyone yelling at you has to be AWFUL for them

@Adurite , I get that. Things like these should be moderated more, and have a bigger team.
This would be fine, but the problem is the faulty moderation going on for YEARS. Family emergencies and personal problems are not the reason. This has gone on for too long. This isn't okay. "Sorry, I was handling family problems" doesn't make it okay to have such ċrappy moderation, for years. Emphasis: years.
