A virus that heavily affects the lungs, kılling the person who catches it but their body becomes gray, and as the brain is functionally in limbo the infected will start kılling with an advanced search function. Dead people kılled by BO-infected patients will transform in under 24 hours. Dying whilst BO-infected finally sends you to the afterlife of that person's belief or religion, but you are in limbo until then.
