shes a small chain of islands a while off the Russian coast
freezing climate, etc etc
she has an established government, in the form of a democratic republic
but the 'president' is mostly for show & signing bills, with the senate made up of elected officials and voulenteers from around the country holding the power
the specific constitution of Taika prohibits any types of degeneracy and gives everyone guns :3
