He is a friendly entity, he appears in apartments, buildings, and lounging areas. He doesn't harm you what so ever, he just watches you do whatever you are going to do. He doesn't talk a lot, he just watches. If you try to attack him, he'll just hide away and disappear into the shadows. Soooo typically he is just a lil harmless goober that watches you.
