hi i want to talk to you about this privately.

By threatening to harm yourself, you make it seem like you are upset that you got caught. You make yourself seem more guilty when you ask if people are happy that you are hurting yourself.

Seriously, nobody actually cares whether or not you did the thing. But by guilt tripping people, you make a bigger deal out of it then how it originally was.

Regardless of your age/gender/etc, if you can recognize that you are prone to crisis or have serious mental issues that you need to work on, you have to stay off of social media of any kind.

Making yourself do social media while your mental state is poor is a really bad idea that can lead to predators and trolls targeting you.

If you are seriously having mental issues, I think that deleting your account and staying off social mdia until you're better is best.

Honestly, just make a new acc (i use temporary emails for alts)

Go under a different username and don't post anything so you arent recognized. Then you can message them and tell them who you are and ask if they wanna chat on their posts.

If you want to, put 'Only Here for Friends" in your desc along with like basic pronouns if you really want to. Its not hard to just go undercover

You can explain to them that either:

It was a misunderstanding/didn't happen/is a rumor

Or you were told to do it by somebody older.
A lot of schools know that because you are still a kid its not unlikely for people tp try and spread rumors about you or that you will do things to make older kids or adults think you're cool

Then the school will probably think they restarted the rumor to make you look like a bad person.

Dw, I had rumors at school that I r**ed someone (I DIDNT) and it turned out that the girl who started the rumor had a history of starting stuff like this
