It's a reference to Mizu5 (Mizuki Akiyama's 5th focus event in the game Project Sekai). In the story Mizuki's seceret(She's trans MTF) is revealed to one of her best friend(Ena Shinonome) and they're scared that Ena won't be friends w/ her anymore nor accept her. "The bells" is a reference to that event :pray: (It already happened in Japanese servers)
