Now before you say "Well you are redrawing it 3 times basically"
No I am not.
[1] First you want to get your pose down with a lighter color. Dont bother about details, just get the pose of the character/oc down.
[2] Secondly is NOT the outline for the finished product. This is a rough draft of the finished product. You will want to use a different color or a darker color for it. Add details but make it messy if wanted. This sketch doesn't need to be perfect. (MORE IN COMMENTS!)

You just need to start making the drawing come to life.
[3] NOW do the official outline. Use your outline color and start making the final sketch. The outline style is your own but for the sake of this, I will say fine non messy outlines. You want to make it detailed more than your sketch if thats what your going for. After you get it down, color it if thats what your going for.
