I can completely relate to this, because I have ADHD as well. Something I use to help me is note-cards. Write down what you need to do, then put it in your pocket. Throughout the day, check it and make sure that you've done everything you need to. It doesn't work for everyone, but it helps me. I hope this helps, and I hope you feel better.
