you should be able to select 'forgot password' and it should send a email to the email linked to your account with like, password reset instructions

@knotty so, if you go on colorslive.com on said device and click 'forgot password' you can enter your username or email
it will then send a email to the email attached to your acc with a password reset prompt type thing, and you can change ur pass to someting you remember

@knotty you can do it on the switch to, same steps, but you stil need email on the other device
