The most important thing to do is to NOT GIVE THEM ATTENTION!!!!!!!!! Whether it be commenting, tagging or anything just ignore them and move on, they will give up eventually and ignore you.
If theyre trying their best to cause trouble and/or try to harm you in any way block them and move on! Calling them out will give them more energy to bother you instead

If theyve already caused harm to anyone then my best advice is to ignore them, you can also try to defend the person they have caused trouble to but if they respond JUST IGNORE THEM!!!!!!! Theyll move on eventually

Check if theyre a new account, this method is a 50/50 since some new accounts are actually legit but im saying this cause most ragebaiters use new accounts

If a ragebaiter asks for your personal information or anything related to that DO NOT ANSWER THEM, if you ignore them theyll most likely give up and if they send you threats BLOCK THEM IMMEDIATELY!

They usually get banned after a while, if theyve already caused harm to anyone then BE PATIENT and wait for them to be banned WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING TO THE RAGEBAITER (as it will drive them to do more stuff lol). Do not blame zyik or any of the mods for being "lazy" as THEY HAVE A LIFE AND OTHER STUFF TO DO!!!! and harassing them wont help either as youre just ruining their life bruh
