okay im going insane no one will hear me out on noli lore i NEED speak to xomebody!!
guys you dont get it!!! the thought of noli with a cult following, so much so where he has an entire church and statue of him, but hes like lonely despite having such devout attention on him is the best rendition ever of him actually.
Even more so when people include star motifs with noli. like dude the void cult symbol is literally star based and SOME people just refuse to acknowledge his association with with stars despite the fact star motifs and symbolism are often a big part of the void cult in general, with the void cult literally having a star-like symbol as the logo of it. BRINGING ME TO THE VOID CULT IN GENERAL THAT PEOPLE OFTEN FORGET ABOUT WHEN IT COMES TO RE-IMAGINING NOLI!!!
The entire reason noli was even so popular (mainly when he first started his popularity uprise as a myth) is because of the void cult being created. So when people just completely nullify that aspect of his lore in order to try and come up with something ‘original’ it usually leaves him bland and uninteresting because they remove one of the biggest aspects of nolis origin and what actually drives him as a character.
Honestly the void cult in general is such a fascinating thing to add to noli lore, which is why i associate it so heavily with my rendition of noli because it literally makes him so cool and awesome when developing his personality and character.

In my opinion, i think noli should always be connected and associated with the void cult because it connects to his whole ‘non-existent’ schtick where he isnt actually in the mortal plane and instead he’s in a VOID. HENCE THE VOID CULT!! I find the idea of noli being banished to spend his eternity in another world, a void-like world where everything is sort of monotone and uncolored so interesting and cool, especially when the only source of color you can get from his dimension are the stars that hes associated with.
Thats also why I think noli being a deity whose somewhat in control of things like stars and constellations an amazing concept because it resonates with the fact that stars are so interconnected with noli/the void cult, especially with the symbolism. I feel like it adds more to his character and more space to develop on unique adaptations of him.
Also leading on to the whole lonely thing. That is also a really really really awesome thing to incorporate into noli’s character because i feel like him being a deity and having so many loyal followers – so much so that there are entire factions in multiple different places on robloxia, all dedicated to a certain idealisation of noli – but him ending up being rather lonely due to his isolation in a void and those followers not truly understanding him as a person, but seeing him as an unreachable source of enlightenment.
