again I'm sorry my brains just really dumb and I tend to overreact a lot
but if somehow I may have done something to upset you and I just don't remember I'm really really sorry
I don't want it to seem like I think poorly of you I just worry a lot and I'm really bad at comforting myself

again I'm sorry I really don't mean to assume things but I tend to spiral easily and I'm really bad at getting myself to stop

I'm sorry I know I keep saying that so much but I'm glad you're not upset with me
I just tend to worry a lot and it's really hard for me to calm down I knew it was silly of me to worry so much
and honestly it's not hard for small things to drastically change my mood I'm just not very good at reading people
and I know it's silly and I know it wasn't your intention but you just seemed unusually unenthusiastic and it made me worry
I know I know it's silly but that's why I asked again sorry
