Such a distinct style you have! It reminds me some of the nick cartoons I grew up with! Are you open to being featured as an artist of the week in the future?

@H3XAL here are your questions!

1.) Hey @H3XAL! It's time for the interview! What should everyone know about you? What's your story?

2.) The crisp, bold lines and great use of shapes are the marks of an aspiring cartoonist! Am I right? What are your main inspirations and influences?

3.) More on style. What's your process? How you build things up and break things down?

4.) We see that you joined our community in early September this year. Welcome to Colors Live! How did you discover us? How're you liking things so far?

5.) As someone with a cartoony style, how do you feel about the current tools and brushes in Colors Live? Is there anything you'd like to see implemented in future updates catered towards you, cartoonist, or just most artist in general?

6.) Favorite artist both on and off Colors Live? What's it about them that just "clicks" for you?

7.) I know you're pretty new but do you have a top 3 favorite paintings yet in the Colors Gallery? If so, what're they?

8.) You gallery is small but already full of personality! What's key to making such expressive art? Which art in your gallery would you say define you most as an artist? Which are your favorites?

9.) What's the deal with your user name? Are you going to cast a hex on us(sorry obligatory spooky joke because of Spooktober)?!?!? Jokes asides, it's a cool name. Any story behind it or was it more random?

10.) Give us a random tidbit of knowledge! What's something unexpectedly useful knowledge that has helped you time time again?

11.) Do you dream big? What are your plans for the near or far future?

12.) It seems you are a master of the art of the style swap! What sorcery is this? How do you keep things fresh and interesting?

13.) When you're in doubt or burning out, what's your solution? How do you get back into a creative state of mind?

14.) You get the oppurtunity to work on a dream project or work on something or with someone you admire, what do you create/who do you work with?

15.) Who needs some recognition next? Anyone you want to shout out?

@-zyik-
1) Knowing you can create your own world with just your own hands is amazing. I started drawing when I was two, both in practice and having fun. It went from dinosaurs to everything else under the sun. I never gave up on drawing, because I want to evolve my art, and I also find it kind of stress-relieving.

2) Thanks! Some of my art looks like it came out of a cartoon, mostly because I was influenced by all this art you see on DeviantArt and stuff, as well as some Cartoon Network shows and web series (Battle for Dream Island).

3) My art styles... are kind of jagged, both literally and not literally. For my main art style, I like sharp edges for the body, and curves for any hair/fur with points on the end, but sometimes things fall apart if I get lazy.

4) Colors Live was given to me as a birthday gift from my mom. It's a perfect mix of a drawing app, a game, and social media, and I really enjoy its features. When I got the game, I wasn't old enough to make an account, but I still made good stuff!

5) The brushes and tools on Colors are very cool, and I have no problems with them.

6) @JohnDoeingIt is probably my favorite artist. They have colorful art that just pulls you into a stare.

7) I don't have a top 3 favorite paintings yet on Colors, but I know there are a lot of good ones to explore.

8) Most of the things in my gallery are pretty random, so whenever I'm drawing something, I try to draw using the emotion I want to express. All of my art technically "defines me," like my changing art styles represent my changing personality. My personal favorites so far are That Feeling, Chasedown, and Charizard.

9) H3XAL, my username was just random, since I've been making up usernames my whole life. The only thing that I can relate to it is honeycombs.

10) Looking at different poses of things has definitely helped.

11) I dream big about my future, but there's so much out there that I can't catch up with. I might make animations later on in my life, and I'm already working on them.

12) I have too many art styles, and the reasoning behind it is that I always want to make them better in some sort of way. Even though I have a main style, I can draw in all sorts of different ways (besides realistically and abstract. Shoutout to those who can!)

13) When I have an art block, I can do one of two things: Take a request from someone else, or go to sleep. Before I go to sleep, I have no idea why, but I get flashes of new characters and art ideas.

14) I don't know who I'd work with, but I would want to create a drawing of a portal, and on either side would be our two different art styles.

15) Shoutout to everyone I'm following. They all have great art!
