Uh, if you do actually have nightmares... they might as well be good, so go study some ghost stories, missing cases, true crime, and unsolved real life horror storys, If im right, It should enhance your chance of having a nightmare and/or make them slightly more horrifying, if your lucky the dream logic should be more like irl logic and realistic
