my depersonalization has been getting worse

my birthday was a couple days ago

but it didnt feel like mine

all my recent memories are in third person

i dont know why

theyre usually in first

i dont recognize my face anymore

my SH is getting bad again

its the only thing that reminds me im real

i dont feel like me

my memories are fuzzy

i feel like im just spectating my life

like nothing i do will affect anything

i feel like im not who im supposed to be
