BIO: USSR has been going through some medical problems due to him drinking a bit to much. Luckily he was able to recover and after several mouths, but was no longer able to have alc0h/1. When the outbreak started, he tried to save meny lives, TR tried to make him join the axis powers agian but he refused. When he saw TR getting attacked, he saved him luckily but in his thoughts, he could have left him.
