Ok, im not kind of these things bc i never asked a girl out, so ill give you the tips my friendose gave to me :3

Ok, first off you have to be always nice and kind, make her compliments maybe
then you ask "are you free on [date]?"
If she says no, you chose another date
If she says yes, you ask "Great, so, would you hang out with me? like a date?"
We can hope she says yes
At the date, take some flowers if she likes them, or something else, like a diy gift or a draw

On the date, you have to be kind and sweet all the time, laugh when she says some jokes
If you two have money, you could go eat a pizza or something like that, idk what's in your town 0v0
At the end of the date, you say something like "It was beautiful, i hope we can do this again" you smile and look in her eyes
if you feel ready and you think it's a great moment you can kiss her, even on the cheek
if you don't feel ready (relatable T_T) you can simply hug her
