ahh ok i kow what she means. Have you tried making a routine? A school routine too keep yourselr busy? hang out with friends after school? Or on the weekends finding a new hobby? like knitting/chrotcheting (ive been doing it for ages and it does keep yourself busy) or reading or trying out sports? something you can do daily that will also be apart of your routine and keep you busy?

yeah i understand, for me i put on very loud/happy music. for me music changes my mood if yk what i mean? if i listen to a sad song i'll most likely overthink and cry, but happy music hypes you up? idk im giving ideas but idrk what you really like/not like? We mainly just talk abt arcane,jayce,claggor,dog emojis, and yap on eachovers yap pages
