a little explanation of my day to day.
go find your nearest light switch, put your ear up to it and switch it on and off. there should be a buzzing when it's on. otherwise its your hearing.
that electronic buzz is what i hear. sometimes, it sounds like someone turned on that light switch. but i bear with it, even though its annoying.
sometimes though, it does more. the only way i can describe it is the ringing in your ears after a flashbang. and i have to work with it.

on the top of my stove when i turn on one of the siwich thingys it makes that noise but a little Different i usley have to have the tv on to drow out the noise i realy hate that noise sometimes

@Sticksandstones102 the thing about tinnitus is that its a physical thing in your ear, so you cannot drown it out. i have blasted music in headphones and could still hear it. its annoying af
