i want at least shoulder length. School starts next Tuesday i want it short!!!! if it isnt short by picture day im cutting it myself the day after so i dont ruin the pictures. But i want short hair for the first day if school a least if not thats fine. but for picture day i want it short. if it isnt shoulder length im giving myself fluffy hair!!!

@RileyLover400 i live in MA 90 degrees in summer. it can get down to 0 degrees or less in winter. So no. i also consider 60 degrees warm.
