I learned to cope via writing and drawing, aka non harmful mechanisms. Even then, I don't draw or write non-con.
The farthest I've gone is just self harm topics and general nsfw scenes.

People who hate on kids for not knowing how else to cope with mental issues need to sit down and check themselves.

@Jisung exactly, I was projecting my intrusive thoughts onto characters, even my current ocs have those thoughts applied in some way; its just dealt with better

its proof that proshippers are aware it's bad, they're just uneducated in the fictional aspect
