Before the Powerpuff Girls we know and love even came to be, Professor Utonium created Blisstina (Bliss for short), from what I remember to one up his rival. The ingredients used are still the same, all except the accidental chemical added. Chemical W was the accidental ingredient... Professor Utonium is rather clumsy, not sure if Jojo was there at the time, but whatever. #powerpuffgirls #bliss
