@MollieLvsClaggor try meditating for 10 mins then while laying down you can thiink of a previous dream you had then you will be in that dream again

Normally, I put my attention and focus on one thing, either a sound or action, the anchor method I believe, expecially if you wake up in the middle of the night- I'm pretty sure it relaxes your muscles, helping to carry it out :D
