While I can't say it's not, I will say I pulled it from a book series called the Inheritance Cycle. (Highly, highly recommend)
It may have been copied previously off of LotR, but I won't know until I dig deeper.
If I remember correctly, it says something like:

How cool, I learned the dwarfish language a while back and many of those symbols are the same!

The only other written language I've memorized is Standard Galactic.
Minecraft uses it on occasion.
