they live in the dense and dark Mushroom Jungle, they eat a specific mushroom that has a natural reaction to their blood and causes them to develop glowing patches, most commonly in a circular shape. Their young are born with a few of these spots because it was passed on through their mother's diet, but they get more of these markings as they grow older, because the mushrooms r their main source of sustenance.
