The deer is the 5th child who was expiramented on as u can see their is an abandend lab u can find alao when u hit 99 days the game still contnues my theiry is that it doesnt end once u save 4 and reacher day 99 is because u still need to save he deer,and when the dear chases u he just trys to talk to u and get help but he cant becase of his\her new deer instincts
