It's so weird to me that you can't have 'patient' confidentiality. Like, ik you're younger, but you should still be able to say 'please don't tell my parents yet'

It's really good that you're trying to be better, but a big part of that is accepting when you're feeling shıt and trying to move through it, rather than against it. If you bottle it up or pretend you're fine, it'll only make it worse.
