a few things i do for binders: breaking them in first. they are really uncomfortable to wear at first but after a day or two of wear they are really nice and easier to put on.

second: no water for some reason??? they have to be fully dry or they are a HORRIBLE texture (atleast for me)

third: no wearing them at night. it can cause bruising and damage to the m.th add.cts which could make later surgery difficult

im pretty versed in binder safety i did a binder section in a trans book on quotev once bc they wanted someone to do binder rules and advise against tape and stuff

i didn't know about water though i will keep that in mind!!

also my 16th bday is on the 23rd im only two years away from getting out of this sh it hole yippee!!
