-My family "doesn't believe mental illness" so I don't have therapy or anything like that,, I Have strong suspicions of what illness(es) I almost definitely have but I'm not diagnosed so I will not claim to have any illness cus I feel that self diagnosis is disrespectful

-my (ex) bsf "trauma" dumped on me a lot, and all most all the time she was lying for attention, She mostly talked about sh, sυicide attempts, and abυse in her home. I associate her with my idea of a "bad person", so its hard for me to talk to people about these topics without feeling like a "bad person"
