ok I get really weird depressed phases,, and like I distance myself from people and get unhealthily addicted/attached to stuff (ifykyk) but rn I'm in my happy-ish phase so thats good!! and I'm not continuing my shıtty coping mechanisms for now which is also good :ghost:
