Flipnote was an old animation software on the Nintendo Dsi, amd was very popular back then, But Nintendo ****** it after Flipnote Studio 3D Was only Available to Club Nintendo Members, and barely promoted it.
But the style is easy to replecate. You just have to use the Pixel brush, and just use the colors Red or Blue
