My names sundayy lolol .. when i was 8-9 i went to a picnic w my family, normal - i went to a kiddy workout area my friend was on. i went behind to pick smth up, n i got my head smashed into a fast moving metal bar- ouch ,, it swelled, bruised, blood - sigh

i was also at school n on an electric treadmill- others wantef to go on it so they turned the speed up really high n i droppd onto the base, slid off, and my knees glided scross and got REALLY bad surface burns!!

I had a sick black kitten who i ADORED like i loved him sm (not more than you though,,,,,)
and my god little me was NOT prepared.. I came out that school so hppy, my nan picked me up , and i got told my kitten got put dowm, and got lectured for crying, they to.d me so bluntly like

'oh yeah, he had a stroke and fell off the table while i was feeding him, so i took him to the vet n put him down.'
like I appreciate the effort to try keep him alive but i was so young

so i used to go to my dads friends house while my parents were working, seems innocent enough lol, but I was like 2-3
I was apparently js minding my own business, chilling, when all a sudden i get thrown onto the stairs, causing bruising nshi, as I got accused of eating her sons advent calendar

Another ime she got bored and struck me pn the back of my legs with a hoover causing two large bruises !

They also tried giving us food poisoning many times, and js sent us to the neighbours when they didht want to deal w us.

OH MY god...

Find something/someone you feel safe with, whether a safekeeping, or js smthing you hold dear, and stick w it in your mind, if an object, tske it w you.. Just remember, things will be alot better, you wont have to live w the sick memory in a new form, you need to take care of yourself.. <3
