It's very earthy and grassy, slightly floral. But the flavor depends alot on the quality of the matcha. Cheaper and lower quality matcha won't taste as good as the more expensive, higher quality matcha. It also depends on your tastes and what you like. I say go to your local starbucks or boba tea shop and get one. Maybe go with someone you know likes matcha, so that it you don't like it you can give it to them.
