so basically my concept is an otherworldy, extreme form of drag, where he is wearing prosthetics for his head that make his costume look like whipped meringue, hence her name-
dumdum also modifies his stick by adding paper mache to make his hips bigger and ofc he has to wear the biggest false eyelashes ever...
