i'm really sick of the victim mentality mentally ill people put on their characters because jesus christ bpd is in NO WAY an excuse for obsessive and manipulative behavior and outright attacking people, it may be a reason, but as an excuse???
as someone who has genuinely harmed people, I strive to show that mentally ill people CAN be bad people at times, that they have deep personalities and trauma that leads to hurting others

but at the same time i want to show that "bad" people can improve, but not without denial and struggle and outright blaming others instead of sitting with themself

its literally what im having to learn to not do right now, i lash out and even attack my mom at the thought of losing my technology

like, burn book is literally me self projecting in a way that is 100% hypocritical
i've been severely mentally ill for NINE YEARS and all i'm doing is getting worse and abusing people, yet my comic is my self reflection that i'm not ready to discipline myself for
